Q: HOW LONG ARE YOUR TURNAROUND TIMES?

A: Portrait sessions will be returned in 2-4 weeks. Wedding sneaks (~50 highlight photos from throughout the day) will be delivered within 48 hours and the full gallery will be sent in 6-8 weeks. Expedited 1-week gallery delivery is also an available add-on. Your full gallery will be returned within 1 week of the event or time of purchase.

Q: DO I HAVE TO GET PRINTS FROM YOU?

A: It’s not required, but I would love it if you did. It also guarantees quality. They are a little more expensive, but I work closely with professional labs to make sure that you receive the best and most true-to-color products that you can.

Q: I’M A LITTLE AWKWARD/CAMERA SHY…

A: Yo, me too! BUT my goal is to make you feel calm and comfortable during our time together. We will grab coffee and get to really know each other so you aren’t just hoping in front of a stranger with a camera. I strongly believe the better we know each other before you get in front of the camera, the better the final results of our sessions together!

Q: ARE THERE TRAVEL FEES ASSOCIATED WITH DESTINATION WEDDINGS OR ELOPEMENTS?

A: I only work within the U.S. because ngl, the process of getting permits, visas, and permissions to work abroad intimidates me. I am perfectly comfortable with these aspects within the states, however.

Travel is always covered within your package for weddings in the Eastern and Central Time Zones. Travel for weddings further west may vary depending on location!

Q: MY WEDDING/ELOPEMENT WILL BE IN TWO DIFFERENT LOCATIONS?

A: That’s awesome! Normally, the travel time between locations is considered to be part of your coverage. There are exceptions to this rule, such as split sunrise and sunset sessions, but that will need to be discussed.

Q: HOW MANY PHOTOS WILL I RECEIVE FROM MY WEDDING?

A: Every wedding is different, so the number of photos you will receive can vary. Weddings with more details and elements will produce more photos. Weddings with more time set aside specifically for photos will produce more photos. Lots of dancing at the reception usually yields more photos. Time taken away for travel between different locations will usually lower the average.

I always aim for quality over quantity to make sure I can provide you with the most beautiful gallery possible. I would say on average, there are 50-75 pictures per hour of wedding day coverage with one photographer. 75-100 with two.

Q: I *REALLY* WANT TO WORK WITH YOU, BUT YOU ARE OUT OF MY PRICE RANGE.

A: Please feel free to contact me anyway! We’ve all been there; I sure know I have been. I genuinely believe that everyone deserves to have quality pictures of such an important day. I try to be fair in my pricing, but there are bottom lines to be met.

That being said, there are a few factors that may apply to your day where I will consider negotiations on price. These may include but are not strictly limited to:

  • Your wedding or elopement is being held on a non-Saturday

  • Your wedding is during a slower season. January-March and June-August

  • Your wedding/desired session is coming up soon. 6 weeks or less away. 2 weeks or less for portraits

  • Travel discounts available if we will already be traveling to your area at the time of your wedding or session

  • Your location is on my Bucket List. I have discounts for places that I haven’t been yet. And sometimes places I just LOVE going.

Q: PAYMENT PLANS?

A: Yes absolutely! All of my services require a $500 non-refundable deposit due when signing your contract to book the date. By default, the remainder is broken into equal monthly payments until 6 weeks before your wedding. This is usually charged on the 5th of the month, but this day can be flexible. Custom plans can be made depending on your needs.
