From Inquiry to Gallery
Step 1: Initial Inquiry
I'm excited to hear from you! I'll review your details and check my availability for your date. I respond to all inquiries within 48 hours to schedule a consultation call where we can discuss your vision, answer questions, and cover all the important details.
Step 2: Booking
We’re the perfect match and you want to lock it in! I will send you a contract and invoice to save your date and make it official. All of this is done online through your Client Portal where you will be able to see all of your documents and emails in one place.
Step 3: Planning Phase
Let’s begin bringing your vision to life! I'll stay in touch to coordinate any pre-wedding portrait sessions and answer questions as they arise. About 6 weeks before your wedding, I’ll start helping you craft your Custom Wedding Day Photography Plan to make sure I know everything that matters most to you.
Your Wedding Day
We'll check in with you that morning to see how you are and if we can do anything for you - whether it's grabbing coffee, snacks, or any forgotten details. I arrive early to prepare equipment, scout the venue, coordinate with your vendors, and most importantly, make sure you're feeling great. All preparation work is completed before your celebration begins so everything flows ever so seamlessly.
After Your Celebration
That was so much fun!!! Even with the best teams of people on it, planning a wedding is a TON of work, so give yourselves a pat on the back and kick back and relax as a married couple. We, on the other hand, will be busy at work preparing your gallery. We will send you a sneak peek within 3 days.
Your entire gallery of gorgeous photos will arrive in 6-8 weeks from your wedding day. I highly suggest you get everyone together, pour a glass of wine, grab a cup of coffee or tea, and make it a viewing party. You can share, print, and download directly from the gallery!

One of my favorite parts of this job is staying connected with couples long after their wedding day. I love seeing your adventures on social media, whether it's amazing trips you're taking together, fun date nights, or those exciting pregnancy announcements that never fail to make my day.
I'm always hoping to work with you again in the future, whether that's for anniversary sessions, vow renewals, maternity photos, growing families, couples boudoir, or even your friends' weddings. How far in advance should we book?
I book up to 18 months out. Most couples book around 12 months out, or asap after their proposal and once they solidify their date. Popular dates (April-June + Sept-Nov) always go first.
Do you travel?
I nearly exclusively travel for weddings in some form or another, especially because my home bases are all over the place and I have to travel to get from home to home anyway. Travel costs are always included in your packages anywhere in the USA. International travel fees will depend on the destination and will amount to the cost of the flights, local transportation, accommodations, and a daily stipend for meals. These costs will be estimated before booking and I will handle all of the logistics after that.
Do you work with our planner or should we handle communications?
I'll have one questionnaire for you to fill out before each time we shoot together, because only you know your exact vision and values. Beyond that, I'm perfectly happy to work out all the details and logistics with your planning team.
Do we get sneak peeks?
Of course! You’ve got to have something to share your excitement with friends, family, and social media! You'll receive 25-50 highlight images from throughout your wedding day within 3 days of your wedding.
When do we get our full gallery?
Your complete gallery arrives in 6-8 weeks for standard delivery times. If you’re impatient like me, 1-week gallery delivery can be added to your package or purchased after you receive your sneaks. *Post-wedding upgrades are subject to availability*
How many images will we receive?
You can expect roughly 50-100 edited images per hour of coverage, though the final number depends on factors like total coverage time, single or multiple photographers, and wedding size and complexity. I prioritize quality over quantity, but I can ensure nothing important will be left out.
Do you use associates?
Everyone who books with me will work with me directly before, during, and after their wedding day unless specifically discussed otherwise.
Do you offer film photography?
I offer film photography as an add-on to any wedding or session. While all my work is inspired by the film aesthetic, nothing quite compares to actual quality of film. Film requires more time and intention, which gives an opportunity to slow down, be present, and create something real, unique, and beautifully imperfect. With film additions, you'll receive both physical 4x6 prints and high-quality scans.
Do you offer video?
Yes, I offer minor videography additions for key moments of your day. I do NOT create highlight videos, reels, or content creation. When you book a package with two photographers, you have the option for minor video additions via my second shooter, Jackson. These are lightly edited, full recordings of key moments with premium audio.
